Espe Labate is a proud native of Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. A committed and results-driven professional, Espe began her career in banking at what is now Truist Bank, rising quickly to senior management. She led several high-performing branches across Northern Virginia, Montgomery County, and Georgetown—developing expertise in lending, contract negotiation, and guiding clients to reach their financial goals.

After starting a family and navigating life’s unexpected turns, Espe shifted her focus to working with children with autism as an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapist. She spent several years supporting Special Education programs in Loudoun County Public Schools and consulting privately, making a lasting impact on families across the community.

Espe has since returned to the business world as a Realtor® with Pearson Smith Realty, combining her business acumen, compassion, and people-first approach. She is a $30 Million dollar producer and a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®)—equipped to help clients through key life transitions, whether buying a first home, selling a longtime family property, or downsizing with confidence.

When she’s not helping clients, Espe enjoys spending time with her husband Francis and staying active in her church community in Potomac Falls, where she serves as coordinator for the Gabriel Project, supporting mothers navigating crisis pregnancies. She also loves to travel, and you’ll often find her at the gym or on the trail—training for her next Camino in Spain.
